THE HOLY BIBLE
Known by many names; The Word of God; The Sword of The Spirit, and others, there is no higher authority in written form than the Holy Bible. The Delusion Resistance endorses only the Authorized King James Bible, noting that all others, while being easier to read, are dangerous manipulations of God's Word with omitted scriptures and changed words all over the place. While most churches are endorsing versions such as the NIV or the NASB we feel that we just can't compromise. If you want to know more about the newer versions then read the review on the book, "New Age Versions," and then get a copy. You'll throw the newer versions into a bonfire when you know what is really going on. MY RECOMMENDATION: Buy an Authorized King James Bible. Pray to God that the Holy Spirit will impart to you understanding of the old English text and be blessed. Another fact that might interest you is that The King James Bible is the only Bible that doesn't have a copyright. That's right; the publishers of the other versions all have copyrights on their Bibles, allowing them to make any changes that they wish; and changes to the Bible is something that God strongly warns against. In either case, this is the only version we use and the only one we condone. |
