The Horrors of Ezekiel 38

"Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:" Ezek 38:3 (KJV) A couple of recent events have occurred that need to be taken notice of in light of a prophetic warning mentioned by the Prophet Ezekiel. Now what I am going to share here is not fully gathered by any divine revelation, but rather a gut feeling and possible speculation of recent events that could relate to Ezekiel 38.

A battle is brewing

Ezekiel 38 describes a combination of military forces positioned in the middle east that has been gathered to take a spoil of war, ultimately, against Israel. The primary leader of this group has been forced into this situation reluctantly and are left with what they feel, as having been given no other choice, than to do this militant act of exploitation. This predicament is allowed and directed by the Lord himself, as he puts "hooks in their jaws" and brings them together to accomplish his ultimate will. God is not playing the role of a puppet master as he is only allowing them to act upon their own wrong but logical conclusions. Unbelief in the Lord's provisions and His ability to control earthly situations are the open door for this whole thing to take place. It is very important to realize that any manipulation by God, is only in the sense of stepping back and not intervening but allowing mankind to conclude their own wrong course of actions based on a lack of trust in God. God has created barriers that are leading them along the way but not anything different than what he did to Ramesses II that put him against Moses. Ramesses already had a bitterness and jealousy toward Moses and the Lord brought that to the surface by hardening his heart with circumstances that were beyond his control. The same is being done here with the leaders of this multi-national military force. There exists a lust for power and resources and a loss of trust in the Lord to provide their needs. God has placed road blocks before them, situations they cannot control, and instead of seeing this as an open door to return to Him, they continue along a path of self reliance and a lack of faith. God simply allows this without his intervention, because they refuse to believe or trust in him. With strong willed determination, they continue on using their own devices which will have them opposing God, His people and His solutions which will certainly prevent the only safe and graceful way out for them.

But who is involved?

The cast of characters who are predominately involved include ancient tribes from the Caucasian race. Many have interpreted these tribes as modern day Russia and some of the European nations. Some of this guess work is based on the migratory patterns of some of these tribes and their geographical location as modern nations in relationship to the central position from Jerusalem in Israel. They are good guesses, as some of the modern names for these countries are the same names in Hebrew for the ancient tribes mentioned in this text. As logical as this obvious connection is, they are still, only guesses. There are other options that should be included or at least considered as a remote possibility.

Could America be included in this number?

What many Bible prophecy teachers do not logically conclude is the fact that many of these migratory tribes from the Caucasian race continued beyond Europe and ended up as immigrants to America as their final destination. Russia is truly North of Israel but there is no rule that says this is the only proper way to interpret this text of scripture. If America has a spiritual reference as being the ones who are at the "sides of the North", then the King's of the North could be referring to this same nations leaders. (See America in Prophecy for more detail) If that was the case, this text could be speaking to us today, not just of Russia and a European alliance, but the current mid eastern affairs that include The United States/Britain/ NATO Alliance which perhaps includes Russia and some of the few mid-eastern and north African nations which are also mentioned as part of this coalition. 

Does America have a Hook in their Jaw to return to the Middle East?

" And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth..." Ezek 38:4 (KJV)

Since 9-11, America has found ourselves the head of a multinational coalition of forces once again in the middle east with a reluctant but determined mission to stop terrorism. In the Text of Ezkiel 38 "I will turn thee back" literally means that they will return where they were before but with a different outcome. This is very much like the return of American forces to Iraq after the "victory" over them ten years earlier.  There are many who question if our leaders have other intentions. I think certain barriers put before us are revealing that yes some leaders do have ulterior motives that are not in our best interest. This sure paints the exact picture presented in Ezekiel 38. We could be in this battle scenario right now, but not in any role we would want to be in.

Examine our position objectively

Corporate interference

For the first time in our history, we have privatized most of the logistics of this war in Iraq. In the past all work was accomplished through our troops who have sworn an allegiance to protect our nation. In this war, we have allowed private corporations to replace some troop involvement and government run services. Their allegiance is to no one but themselves to make a profit. In the same ungodly and greedy manner of conducting business as usual, they have cut costs at the risk of our own troops and civilian employees. It has been found that unclean water has been supplied to our troops by Halliburton. Cost cutting efforts have supplied poor quality food with scheduled serving times, making it easy for insurgents to attack when they know our troops will be gathered together in one place. In the past, mess halls were open 24/7 so that this kind of vulnerability did not exist. Civilian employees driving trucks for Black Water have reported going into danger zones that were supposed to be closed off to civilian personnel, some of the convoy had trucks that were empty of any cargo as they were making supposed mail and supply runs. They were just following corporate orders. Their presence made the convoy appear larger with a padded billing to reap a bigger return. Interrogation of prisoners and suspects are aided by the military with information specialists from CACI, a private computer information gathering company a division of a larger corporation Titan, which is part of the good ole boy system. They are called information specialists working for a computer company as recorded on paper. In truth they are experts in torture and are there to extract information from suspects, they are nothing more than paid mercenaries, motivated by greed to produce information. The more information they extract the bigger the paycheck. Many of these were the guilty ones abusing prison inmates at Abu Ghraib.  They are not military and therefore not subject to our military code of justice or it's chain of command. This kind of evil corruption is not part of our military or the nation we once served. Our men and women in the service today in Iraq are suffering under this greedy intervention by these corporations as much as the enemy they are fighting! These are elements of the global corruption by the rich elite who are sold out to the god of this world and this present system to gain power and the all mighty dollar.
 

Corporate Mercenaries in Iraq

This corporate interference and control is what is being brought to the surface in our involvement in this war in Iraq, Will we listen or believe the evidence? Can we put 2+2 together and see who our real enemy is? We are being given a chance as a nation to repent and return to our Lord.                                                                                                                                          

Islamic Sanctioned Barbarism

Islam, the Roadblock and Hook in our Jaw but not the total enemy 

Radical Islam is a threat and a dangerous enemy. History has proven, backed by the Koran itself, that Islam has made the whole world its demand for conquest and conversion. Those who refuse their God Allah and his Prophet Muhammad are to be made slaves or killed. Allah is not my God, Muhammad was a false prophet and Jesus Christ is my Lord and God. That statement alone would get me killed in any Islamic country. Islam is a real threat and they are my enemy by their own words and at their own choice, not mine.

Quotes from the Quran
From the Qu'ran:
"They long that ye should disbelieve even as they disbelieve, that ye may be upon a level (with them). So choose not friends from them till they forsake their homes in the way of Allah; if they turn back (to enmity) then take them and kill them wherever ye find them, and choose no friend nor helper from among them," ( Sura 4:89)

"I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.
Moreover Allah says of those who reject him. Because, Allah has already sentenced them to death." ( Sura 8:12)

"Believers, take neither Jews nor Christians for your friends." (Surah 5:51)

"Fight against such as those to whom the Scriptures were given [Jews and Christians]...until they pay tribute out of hand and are utterly subdued." (Surah 9:29)

"The Christians say: The Christ is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them." ( Sura 9:30)

"The Day of Resurrection will not arrive until the Moslems make war against the Jews and kill them, and until a Jew hiding behind a rock and tree, and the rock and tree will say: 'Oh Moslem, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him!'" (Sahih Bukhari 004.52.176)

" When you meet the unbelievers in the Jihad strike off their heads and, when you have laid them low, bind your captives firmly. Then grant them their freedom or take ransom from them, until War shall lay down her" ( Sura 47:4)

We should not be so naive as to think we can be friends with a philosophy that requires conquest, conversion or death. We should know our enemy and as a Christian, pray for the God created opportunity to love them in a way that they can be touched by the reality of Christ, but that does not mean we willingly give them influence or leverage in our own society to threaten us either. Tolerance does not men acceptance to the point of vulnerability. That is a plan only faith in our Lord can develop and establish...but you have to have faith and believe as a nation and so far we seem to have lost the ability to do that. For secular America, this becomes the dilemma or the hook in their jaw.

The answer is right in front of us as the Lord wants Americans to know who is the real power behind the unrest and real threat. Radical Islam is like a rabid dog on a leash. Filled with hatred they are being used to further the world toward the New World Order. In the situation we find ourselves in now, we have been given a change to see just who holds the leash. They are the real enemy, they are a bigger, more evil enemy dwelling in our own camp that only pretend to be God fearing, freedom loving Americans. The Corporate rich elite with occult connections and the agenda for a One World Global rule, are the real enemy. They have no allegiance to America, they have no love for God. They have their own belief system of Theosophy that is opposed to anything Christian, anything American. Part of their agenda to accomplish their goals, makes it necessary to neutralize America as a preventing power, and eliminate Islam, Judaism and Christianity. Islam is only a symptom, the corporate elite is the root and their creator is Satan.

Evidence of unspoken objectives are setting up a bigger war.

Another point to consider with an open mind is this, We breached the boarders of Afghanistan as the homeland and center of operations for the admitted organization responsible for 9-11. OK, I can certainly understand this hook in our jaw, we really do not have much more recourse of action than to bring it back home to the enemy and make him fight us on his turf and not our own. Short of a total national repentance, we have no other choice. As a Christian minister, I still believe that the latter, is our only hope and best choice. As a Christian man in a secular society understanding history, and co-existing with people of no faith in God, our actions by and for them is the best and only choice they (as unbelievers) could make, I regretfully understand that also.

But what about Iraq? We intruded into their land because they had weapons of massive destruction. OK, so now maybe they actually don't have these weapons or moved them out. Why are we still there? That was the admitted mission from the start declared to us by our leaders. We also suspected a connection with the Taliban and Al Qaeda but there was never enough proof to justify military action. It is obvious that many want to go into Iran next. Understanding history and military tactics, a nation that size cannot be successfully invaded on one front. There would have to be a pincer movement from two fronts in order to be able to invade a nation that large. Gee, what two countries boarder Iran? Afghanistan and Iraq. It could be in this movement or shortly after, that Ezekiel 38's battle begins with a horrible outcome for the US. The war in Iraq looks like an excuse to set this strategy in place for the real target of Iran. Perhaps the justification in the minds of our leaders is the fact that both Iraq had and Iran has psychopathic Megalomaniacs as leaders. This is where the failure to rely on God comes into play. With this problem at hand, is it our job to play world police and intervene with our military? Instead of trusting our Lord to guide us before we took such drastic steps, we reacted to what appears to be something already planned out as part of another agenda.

A Recent History of Manipulation

Have we ever created proof or fabricated a situation to impose ourselves upon another nation before? I remember the Tonkin bay ruse that gave us justification to enter into combat with North Vietnam for a ten year killing of over 40,000 young Americans. This was under a Democratic President. I mention this not to place blame on the Democratic party, but to show you, these are not decisions made on a partisan political level, but one much higher than that. What is our governments credibility rate after years later we discovered that this was a set up by our own government to start a "justified war" with a known enemy.

Conspiracies are a reality

It has been proven that our government knew of the Pearl Harbor attack before it happened, again a Democrat President was leading the way. You cannot blame these kind of actions on just the Republicans as the war mongers the way most liberals do. Objectively, both parties have a history of being involved with these kind of clandestine moves. So where is there credibility stand today? If you do not understand these events happened from a conspired plan by those who desire a one world order, then you are still gullible enough to believe there is a difference in partisan politics in America, or blinded with a false sense of patriotism to think we, our government are still part of the good guys. Follow the money and wake up America, International mega corporations controlled by an elite few control everything in this material world. It is because we are in the end of times and Satan's plan is coming to fruition. (Or at least he thinks it is).

A main point I am making is that America, which includes many of the tribal names mentioned here in Ezekiel 38 as a part of our own population should not be automatically excluded from this count because we assume that we are the good guys, always have been and always will be. This is a bad assumption on our part. I am sure the German people of the 1930's were in the same dilemma about their nation as some of them sensed the slow transformation of their countries policies that eventually led them to war in 1939 and the holocaust. It is easy to see our enemies as the bad guys but for many, impossible to see how we could become the enemy and also part of the bad guys.

It all comes down to allegiance and who you really stand for. The Word of God and my Lord come before anything of this earthly realm including my own country. To automatically tie God and America together as equal or one in the same is the same mistake many German citizens made as they entered the path way to hell leading to the Holocaust and World War II.

Are we still the Good Guys?

Some Christians for the last few decades, have noticed this same kind of slow transformation going on in America. It is easier for someone my age from the baby boomers generation to contrast this difference. We are at the age to be old enough to remember the last gasps of breath of a truly Judeo Christian Nation with a strong middle class base which reflected moderation in both politics and religious beliefs.

 I can remember an America before Roe vs. Wade, the ACLU and the Rainbow coalition. I remember an America that was not afraid to wish everyone in it's major newspapers, a Merry CHRISTmas with a nativity scene on the front page. I remember when we actually claimed to be a Christian Nation without fear of controversy or reprisal. I remember an America, before greedy corporations devoured the American dream, where the middle-class mom and pop small businesses and farms were the strength and inheritors of the great vision and hope for the pursuit of freedom and happiness basking in the fruits of our labor, enjoying the American way. Business was friendly, personal and mostly honest as we liked and choused what we did for a living. Commerce and trade were exchanged out of a mixture of personal vision, hopes and dreams directed by a sense of honor and morals. Today the corporate term is, sorry, nothing personal but business is business, as they mercilessly gobble up everything before them in a drive for profit, profit and more profit. I remember the America that was not a so called democracy with some global mission to spread or impose this upon the rest of the world. Rather we were a republic based on the Word of God offering help to those in need, when in real need. There was no mention of separation of Church and state because at that time, my generation and the older ones alive before them, knew that such an outlandish statement was NOT in our Constitution! We did not have to prove our Christian history and heritage because it hadn't been erased yet.

I am not naive enough to think we were spotless in our past and now we are not. We have always had the other evil side to our nation. Right from the start of our nation, we have had this strange duality of a Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I simply remember a time when the moral fiber of our citizens outnumbered and outweighed the ungodly influences. They were the strong middleclass base with influence, resources and desires that were still heard and acted upon by a government that had to listen and represent them.

The internal battle is almost over and the old America lost!

That is not the case now. In little more than sixty years we have gone from a Christian Nation with a truly unique American culture, to one that suffers amnesia and searches for some kind of identity. This New World Orders influence can be seen as we seem to need to search for a larger identity discarding our National one. Globalism through a new political correctness to be all inclusive to every other religion and philosophy even including the occult melds against everything traditional that was once our foundation, which through God, gave us our world power, influence and greatness in the first place. Multinational corporations have devoured almost all of the small family owned business and farms. While they give us cheaper prices, their products are filled with budget cutting chemicals that later are found to be toxic, food with high salt, high fat and low nutrition that are killing us, or driving us to a corrupt medical system that makes us dependant on expensive pills . Medical education and laws now shape our medical practices to become totally dependent on manufactured pills even forbidding natural cures as primitive and dangerous. These same powerful corporations divide up American companies and export our jobs to third world nations at our expense. Foreign immigrants are granted Social Security and medical care while our own citizens who worked a lifetime paying for eventual benefits are denied them. The same goes for education and job opportunities.  They impose corporate infra-structures that create a new generation of working drones that have to conform to survive in this new regimented working environment. Training seminars based on everything from Bushido to Theosophy, reprogram the western mind to everything opposed to a Biblical God or individual creativity. Through economic control, we are being forced to accept these impositions and intrusions into our lives just to make some kind of living. Even local sports programs for children are no longer keeping score with individual statistics of performance but at the end of the season, everybody gets a trophy because everybody is a winner. This kind of unrealistic programming for future generations of Americans do not instill individual character to learn grace in victory or humility in defeat. That is part of life and sports can be a great teacher for this. This new thinking only prods a younger generation toward a regimented society of emotional weaklings unable to take a stand, be competitive or make a decision.

We have already been warned!

Without a Biblical foundation to know any difference and especially for the generation X and younger, they have never known anything else. The America I remember as a child is already dead and gone! The New Age America Lives! We have already been judged by God for our lack of trust and faith. We have fallen asleep cradled by prosperity messages of a bless me religious Christianity. Some that do see our losses have clung to a form of blind patriotism, placing their hopes in conservative politics which promise a moral higher road and yet in the end produced nothing. How many presidential candidates have I voted for in the past thirty years who have claimed they are pro life, and yet we still have government backed abortions. Nothing has changed in thirty years.

Far too many of the few that do see what is going on, react in fear and hatred. They have formed political action groups and paramilitary armies on the left or right from mild to wild, and either instigate or prepare for war. They include a few patriotic militias of balanced everyday type of people, to many unknown moderate groups and of course the more notable radical hate mongers of the KKK and neo-Nazis. But let's not leave out Farrakhan the NOI and black liberation theology which is reacting out of the same fear and hatred. All of these people have an element of truth in their awareness of a conspiracy, unfortunately with a lack of faith and trust in Jesus, fear and hatred have distorted their perceptions and created very wrong actions. The worst thing these people have done is made the understanding of anything conspiratorial, seem insane and only believable to those on the lunatic fringe.   

"The LORD will afflict you with madness, blindness and confusion of mind....

...The sights you see will drive you mad."  Deuteronomy 28

This is probably why modern day prophets that warn that these changes are the result of a well orchestrated conspiracy are ushered out of the local churches as fast as the Pastors can remove them. The only relatable association to conspiracy ideas the average person today knows, are these well know radicals. Minds have become so closed that most will not even allow you to say anything The truths are then rejected without logic or rational consideration. Out goes the baby and the dirty bathwater. In our ignorance, the New World Order races on toward their goals undetected and aided by everyone.

What does the Bible tell us about a Nation that forgets God? It is all too familiar to what we are experiencing right now.  The 28th chapter of Deuteronomy describes the blessings and cursing for a nation that follows or rejects God. Now in context we are not talking about heathen or non-believing nations but rather ones who identify themselves as His. If we obey or disobey we can expect blessings or cursing as a nation. Here are some of these cursing that a nation who forgets their God may expect. All of these curses are just the events that are happening to America today. Judgment is already here and most of us do not even see it for what it is.
 

Deut 28:16-48
 ...if you do not obey the LORD your God and do not carefully follow all his commands and decrees I am giving you today, all these curses will come upon you and overtake you:
 You will be cursed in the city and cursed in the country.
 Your basket and your kneading trough will be cursed.
 The fruit of your womb will be cursed, and the crops of your land, and the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.
 You will be cursed when you come in and cursed when you go out.
 The LORD will strike you with wasting disease, with fever and inflammation, with scorching heat and drought, with blight and mildew, which will plague you until you perish.
 The LORD will cause you to be defeated before your enemies. You will come at them from one direction but flee from them in seven, and you will become a thing of horror to all the kingdoms on earth.
 Your carcasses will be food for all the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, and there will be no one to frighten them away.
 The LORD will afflict you with madness, blindness and confusion of mind.
 A people that you do not know will eat what your land and labor produce, and you will have nothing but cruel oppression all your days.
 The sights you see will drive you mad.
  The LORD will drive you and the king you set over you to a nation unknown to you or your fathers. There you will worship other gods, gods of wood and stone.
You will become a thing of horror and an object of scorn and ridicule to all the nations where the LORD will drive you.
 The alien who lives among you will rise above you higher and higher, but you will sink lower and lower.
 He will lend to you, but you will not lend to him. He will be the head, but you will be the tail.
 All these curses will come upon you. They will pursue you and overtake you until you are destroyed, because you did not obey the LORD your God and observe the commands and decrees he gave you.
 They will be a sign and a wonder to you and your descendants forever.
 Because you did not serve the LORD your God joyfully and gladly in the time of prosperity,
 therefore in hunger and thirst, in nakedness and dire poverty, you will serve the enemies the LORD sends against you. He will put an iron yoke on your neck until he has destroyed you.

Judgments are the same

If you take the time to go back and read the entire 38th chapter of Ezekiel, you will see the same judgments and language are used to describe their demise which matches up with this text in Deuteronomy.
In the seventies and eighties preachers were warning their congregations that if God did not soon judge America for her wayward ways of accepting Abortion, embracing homosexuality and kicking God out of our society, he would have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.

Straying off the path

 Now some of these same preachers are telling us to obey the laws of the land and local government to an extreme point. One such well know prophecy teacher and evangelists Jack Van Impe, on the television several days ago was telling about adhering to the 501c3 directives. He was taking a position against churches that tell their congregations how or who to vote for. I happen to agree with that position and from the pulpit, I never told anyone who to vote for, but it should be a decision of personal choice and not a government directive attached to the grant for being free from taxes.  My concern was that the preacher did not stop there, he continued on to say that he is for strictly enforcing this law and that churches should not be allowed to bring politics into their churches. He quoted the well used and abused scripture where Jesus tells us about obeying the Laws of the land and Paul's exhortation to respect our leaders. This echoes the sentiment of many pastors in Germany sixty years ago. A local Christian talk radio program played a segment from Billy Gram, Joel Osteen and the new bishop of the Episcopal church stating in one way or another but clearly implying that Jesus was not the only way to heaven. How far we have fallen to where we once were. We no longer have strong voices opposing ungodliness and giving clear moral direction in this country. We shrink back for fear of personal loss against the swelling tide of popular trends. Our moral conscience is numbed and in a state of a coma. It could be why Peter wrote that, " judgment begins first at the house of God". 1Pe 4:17 Christians in America! Wake up! Our heritage and history have been replaced with another America. One that does not accept the God of the Bible or a dependence upon Him and His ways. We are on the verge of losing all of our freedoms and most do not even see it coming. It is not a partisan move from the left or right it is a move of the power elite that desire a one world order. The left and the right have both contributed to this end. Our government represents a different idea and plan for a different America than the one we grew up in.

No identity, changing morals, lack of discernment or a sense of reasoning; Big changes are coming soon!

It is not so outlandish to think America could end up betraying Israel. For the first time in History, we have two potential political figures trying to fill the Commander in Chief of  America's entire Military Forces who are not exactly pro Israel. Barrack Obama has close ties with some anti-American , anti-Israel, Islamic Arabs who are supporters of Jihad with some of them on the list as possible terrorists. He has given them shared space on a web-site funded by himself. His close ties with a radical anti-American Pastor who upholds a racist belief in the call for the downfall of white America has come out in the public eye much to the unbelief by many. Even Obama's reluctant public attempt to distance himself from the extremism is, after twenty years of a close association, too little too late. He refused to wear an American flag pin on his lapel and would not put his hand over his heart at the playing of the National anthem. His wife is also not proud to be an American and has something bad to say about every aspect. Neither of them offer any practical solutions or hope, they just complain. And he is running for President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States of America?

 Hilary Clinton has a long standing voting record and is a public icon for extreme liberal political ideas with globalistic goals that include a feeling of indifference towards Israel. She has as many corporate ties as the Bushes and is also part of the rich elite.  The potential to shift our loyalties with such a sand based political foundation that beckons a call from the people for change at all cost to a new direction could produce some drastic changes in our land and world in the next four years.

 Roadmap to peace: Can I get off at the next exit please?

On the other side of the political spectrum, John McCain is willing to stay in the middle-east for a 100 yeas to accomplish their Democratic goals if need be. (Probably a more realistic time line to accomplish what they want) Our current  President, George W. Bush a proclaimed "Born-Again" believer has signed the Roadmap to Peace Treaty with Russia, Israel and the European Alliance, that divides Israel for the sake of peace. Gee isn't that in the Bible somewhere? Classic scriptures traditionally accepted as an end time peace pact which involves a betraying of Israel by breaking up the land is traditionally described in Daniel.

"Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; but in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, even until the consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate." Dan 9:27 (NKJ) "... and shall divide the land for gain." Dan 11:39 (KJV) The Road Map to Peace has all of the prophetic signs as something significant in a Biblical way. Another recent event has given this even more attention and concern at least by myself and my friend and colleague Dave Ruffino. On his site, he has posted a short video announcing a scroll that was given to President Bush by the current Sanhedrin religious counsel in Israel. This scroll is the same type of legal document mentioned in Zechariah 5 . It is a legal document reserved for only the most important acts and proclamations as determined by the Sanhedrin.

The document voices the concern and holds a warning to Bush for dividing land that belongs to the Lord as described in the scriptures given to the people of Israel. The most amazing thing is how it is addressed. The opening states, To President George Bush the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal... Are the Jewish religious leaders just being sarcastic or is there a scriptural concern and prophetic awareness being announced here? This link will take you to the video on Dave's site; www.delusionresistance.org I think this might warrant some concern as to just where our countries foreign policies are leading us toward.

I do not present this as an accusation against America. I am not trying to bash America but I bring this up as a serious concern that we have been heading in wrong directions for many decades and this may just be a further indication as to just how far we are being allowed to stray off the path. Some of God's judgments against a people who forget him includes losing discernment and the ability to make sound judgments. ( Job 39:17 Deut 28:28) That for many discerning Christians certainly explains where America is at as a nation today. In spite of this, a poll concluded that 96% of Americans believe there will be another 100 years or more of history as a nation. If we continue on our present course, I believe there are going to be many shocked people in this generation who will see the folly in such thoughts. God will not compromise his Word and we are walking on thin ice against the scriptures and the Lord.

Smelling the smoke but disregarding the Fire

More Evangelical Christians today are beginning to acknowledge and agree that as a nation we have strayed from our heritage and identity as a Christian nation. There is a growing show of open hostility toward true believers and our foundational faith in all forms of media and entertainment. Our laws and doublespeak terminology, twist traditional Christian values into a New Age liberal opposite. Just ask Oprah the New Age Santa Clause with the largest church on TV.  We have had to find legal defense to have Bible studies in our universities, a nativity scene in a government building or the ten commandments in a local courthouse. This kind of action, sixty years ago would be ludicrous and unbelievable to any American. They would not think anything like that could happen in America short of being taken over by a foreign power. What most Christians do not understand in all of this is the fact that we have already been taken over from within. We let the seeds of discord into ourselves sixty years ago. See America in prophecy to understand how this came about. This act was an organized, patiently conspired plan. If you mention this to most any Pastor in America today you are met with disgust and a subtle intolerant rebuke. Let me ask all of you eye rolling skeptic Pastors, how logical is your reactions. If we know that the world will eventually take a path toward a global one world government and one world religion, how does something like this come about? Does this kind of change happen suddenly or is it a slow process of a metamorphosis. Do you really think in either way, it could happen by chance? Geeze isn't that like believing in evolution? I mean without intelligent design, do you really think this is all going to happen with a big bang or by chance? That is as illogical as evolution and as a Christian believer, you of all people should understand this. Satan has to use human agents as well as his demonic minions to produce or rather impose his will upon earth. That means a strategy of a plan well timed with the careful patient implementation must work through society in the subtlest of ways. That is called a conspiracy. That is the only way America, My America was taken down. As long as you believe partisan politics in America will make a difference, and you believe the Conservative Republicans or the Liberal Democrats have the answers, you are part of the deception by the New World Order. Our only hope is to return to our God as a nation and recapture our identity, vision and blessings by being in a right standing relationship with him. Otherwise continue on in your scoffing and be a part of the judgment to come. You better believe we will soon have a part in the Ezekiel 38 war and it won't be the good guy role that we think we are playing, or the powerful outcome we assume will take place..

In all of this I am not demonizing our troops in any way either. I am a former Army veteran of the Viet Nam era. I consider myself forever in the rank and file of this group as both a solder and an American. What angers me the most is through economic manipulation by a Corporate Globalist elite, the brightest and best people our nation has to offer is in uniform, in combat in harms way for a profit. For the first time in a war time situation, we have no draft. Most all of the people fighting today are regulars and national guardsmen who joined because they had ambition and a willingness to work hard and make a personal sacrifice in the short term to make a better life for themselves by their military training and college benefits for the long term. This reflects some of the best character traits of individuals, a society can produce. As a microcosm of the rest of our civilian society, they unfortunately have the same lack of faith in God and lack of understanding of world events from a spiritual dimension, as the rest of our nation. Their faith then is in themselves, our nations technology and superior strength and the belief that we are still the good guys.     

Some Common Sense

In order for a one world government to ever become a reality on this planet, national identities have to be eliminated. A global community without individual national barriers would have to be imposed or manipulated upon the whole world. None of this could even be imaginable as long as there is a strong Judeo Christian America with a strong middle-class base having a personal identity with a global influence like we once had. The powers that be who desire this goal know this. That is why we have been under attack with a slow gradual change for the last sixty years. Our middle class base has been under attack, American owned industries have been taken over, split apart and jobs outsourced and sent overseas. Our social climate has been slowly changed into a desire to be some kind of melting pot at the cost of losing our own culture and heritage which has transformed into a mush of global deception. We are almost ready to accept this New Age of enlightenment at the price of a good job and full stomach. We have a war powers act, a Patriot act and a FEMA act which in one "emergency" could bring us to a totalitarian "Big Brother state overnight. Our current President signed over our rights of "Habeas Corpus". Now you can be detained without any rights, jailed without being charged and even have information extracted from you (yes tortured) by various methods, if they suspect and label you a terrorist. Such internal actions cannot be implemented as long as we had a strong military force with a conscience and obligation toward their own people. That is why our military is the next target on the New World Orders hit list.

Globalists know that American military forces would never come against their own people. In spite of all the brainwashing attempts put upon Americans recently, there is still enough in our make up that would keep that from happening. There are still enough of us independent minded people who would turn on such an order. But, the elite who desire a New World Order already know this, I believe that is why we have been set up on this global mission to be the world police for democracy. If the United States of America, shares a part of Ezekiel 38, it may be the very action that removes our military from being a threat to the NWO. Somewhere, someday terrorists will get access to nukes and use them. My friend Dave Ruffino has had a vision he believes was just that.  I hope he is wrong. I have come to know Dave as a personal friend and colleague and his integrity and honesty is something I have come to trust. I am not taking his vision lightly but consider it worth putting in the wait and see section of my mind.

If another incident like 9-11 were to happen after a great loss of our troops in Iraq, there could be too few troops to maintain order. With all the emergency acts put into place, America could find itself under marshal law with a multi-national UN peace keeping force on our own turf as "support". You better believe they would not hesitate to use force on Americans if need be.  Our globe trotting efforts after 9-11 are already setting this precedence, and it might come back to haunt us in the final end game.

Latest statements have claimed that Iran may be only months away from developing their own nuclear bomb. Another leader, Kim Jong II of North Korea has already made their claim as a member of the nuclear family. They certainly do not seem shy in using them as they have already threatened the US. So what is keeping them from making a deal with our other enemies to use them against us. It is only a matter of time before any one possibility could result in a terrorist faction obtaining a nuclear device to use against our troops or civilians at home.

The two Americas once co-existing but in competition with each other, at this time would have a clear separation leading to confrontation. Globalists are counting on that. The eventual outcome may be the final elimination of the other group that must be dealt with before a New World Order can come into power. Christians! Dealing with Islam first, the next "fundamentalists" to be dealt with may be the Jewish and Christian ones. Utilizing current events, the newspeak catch word of the day is fundamentalists, it is a word that has now become synonymous with terrorist. 

This division will be less about race and more about ideology. Left wing liberal vs. right wing conservative. I really do not want to be specific with assumed details that have not happened. I can think of many possible scenarios that could happen and frankly it is a waist of time to even entertain all of them here. Rather, let's deal with some tangible facts and go broadly from there.

If a limited nuclear exchange in the middle east left us with a loss of our military overseas, we probably could not maintain order internally if another incident happened soon after.

The incident to happen would be something that would put a liberal left wing faction against a right wing conservative faction . Blame placing for the loss of troops with an urgent demand and a sense of righteous indignation to take over may be the pretense for either side. If we have a new liberal administration after 08, they will be blamed for the loss. If the incident happens before the election, suspension of the election may result as an act of the war powers act. Bush could remain indefinitely president until the emergency was over. Liberals would seek help from the UN as they have no military power to back them, this could result in a multi national UN peace keeping force to be on US soil. However from the right wing faction, there is (unbelievably to some,) as many as 2 million well armed , well equipped paramilitary militia that could be rallied up as an army for what many of them have waited for, a new American revolution. These groups range from a political spectrum of moderate American patriots to hate filled Nazi mongers. Their shared desire to protect the American way of life in this emergency could band them together temporarily against a foreign intrusion. In either case a UN peace keeping force would result. A civil war would break out with an internal chaos like nothing our history has never experienced. Divisions and factions would be just as numerous as what the middle east has experienced for thousands of years.

9-11 was a prophetic warning to America

Now please, I am not putting any blame on the individual lives that were lost. They were not singled out by God or anyone else. They were victims who were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. But as Christians we have to know that God is always in control, even when evil strikes, there is always something to be learned if we are open to hear. There were three targets on the list of the terrorists. One was completely destroyed twofold. The other was damaged but not destroyed, and the other was spared but at a great personal loss of life and self sacrificed by brave heroes.

The World Trade center I believe represents the global economic structure at our hands. Much in the same way as the Roman Empire or the Babylonian Empire controlled most of the world through economics and manipulated trading, we are just as guilty. This however is not exclusively American as the integration of Europe's aristocratic rich elite, with oil rich middle eastern and South Americans elite are included in this controlling power. It was the top of the list of evils and completely destroyed, twofold.

The Pentagon was attacked with a portion of damage but nothing that caused a total loss. I believe this is a warning of how our military is being miss led onto a wrong path by the corporate elite. And we are going to be experiencing a great loss because of it without repentance.

The White House was spared but how? There was exactly 40 people on that plane. Numbers mean something and in the Bible, 40 is the number of judgment. The White House which represents our government, was spared judgment because the passengers, pilots and crew were willing to take a stand to prevent the destruction, they confronted the threat, event to the sacrifice of their own lives. I think this is telling us two things. Our nations sins have progressed to the point that nothing is going to spare us, short of our own sacrifice. Unless we are going to be like the passengers on the plane and boldly confront the treat and oppose it. It will probably mean our death, because things have progressed that far. Would we be willing to go to that point? That is what it might take. Now I realize this is not a thought or message that leaves you warm and fuzzy all over. I am sorry for that. This is one of those things that in the past would get you stoned as no one wants to hear bad news with such a gloomy end. But this is only a first worldly based perception, there is hope, there is always hope for those that belong to God.

There is always Hope

In all of this, God is not calling us to arms and to war. If you read my section on Our General orders you will see what kind of stand the Lord requires from us in these times. Please take heart and know that the same God that saw Noah and his family through the great flood, is the same God that can keep you in his will through the hard times ahead. God always leaves an open door for repentance and acceptance into his grace.

"Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the LORD Almighty, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles." Zechariah 14:16

Samson was a type of America

In a type and shadow, Samson was an extremely strong man from the tribe of Dan, with the same dual mind that America has. He was a hero of the Hebrew nation but one that was easily side tracked. In the end because of sin and unbelief, he was left blind and working for his enemies as a slave. They mocked him, his God and all he had accomplished came back to mock him. This is much like America stands today. But Samson prayed, he asked forgiveness and was given one last hurrah, one last chance to make a difference. In the Old Testament it meant massive death to his enemies, more so than what he accomplished in his entire life. For America, we were a chosen nation, called to reflect the hope, light and life of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the rest of an unbelieving world. In our same strange duality, we have failed and strayed off the path. We have become blind to our identity and vision, we are but a mockery to all we once believed and have ended up serving our enemies. We can ask for forgiveness, we can confront our enemies fearlessly in the face of death and know that we will be given one last great outpouring of His Holy Spirit to bring more people into His kingdom in this hard time than our entire past history. It is through the hard times of persecution that true revival and outpourings have been realized by the church as the body of true believers. That is the glory that awaits those brave saints that are willing to take a stand, but know it will be in the midst of the hardest times America will ever experience. It will be to our conclusion in this life just as Samson but the best and only way to go. yes things have truly regressed that far but that is the hope we can have.  This part is prophetic from the Lord and not just any speculation on my part.

While what I have presented to you is not something anyone would want to hear or accept, you have heard it. For now that is all that matters. If events do happen in this way then you now have a Biblical awareness for them. There is more from God's word that can keep you and guide you in victory through your own personal journey through whatever we might have to endure. If I am wrong, well, time and history will tell all and this will be a forgotten speculation by a forgotten man. Either way for now, just put it in the wait and see back of your mind with prayer and open ears ,eyes and heart.....In His Service, Jim W.

PS: In this writing, I have to include one technical difficulty that I have always had with the text in Ezekiel 38. While the text clearly states that this war takes place in the latter days it is a mystery to me how the battle is described. The latter times in an eschatological time frame, can mean anytime after the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ with the beginning of the Church age until His return again. However, in the context, Israel is a main focus and was no longer a nation in 70AD and did not become a nation again until 1948. I believe this means that the time is reduced to that time after 1948 to when ever the Lord returns. In this modern context it is hard for me to completely reconcile the description of horses, bows and arrows, shield and bucklers as the battle array. More than half of the words in the original Hebrew do have a more general meaning that could be related to modern weaponry. The word for horse actually is not a direct reference to the animal but for his rapid galloping or skipping. It can mean the mobile means of a cavalry i.e. a tank. Arrow means any projectile in general so a bullet or missile could be a modern equivalent, but I have to confess it is quite a stretch. Other words like bow means just that and I do not see how you can get a launcher or gun out of that. The other part of this problem is the burning of these discarded weapons after the war as a heating source. In the text it says that they will burn these weapons as wood and will not have to take any wood from the forests themselves for seven months. If they were just burning them down I could see this as melting the metals for reuse, but I do not see in context how this applies to modern warfare unless this could be a war after WWIII where mankind could be reduced, once again to such archaic weapons? I do not know. I mention this because for me it has always been a technical problem that I in my own little mind I have not figured out yet. I have prayed about it and will continue to do so, as of yet I continue to draw a blank,  but I thought it was important to pass this concern along to you.
