Worship,
Angels and Yeshua
Worship today was incredible,
but it was a process. When I got to church the worship team was
setting up the equipment. There was a lot of loud noise as they
tried several microphone cords; the sounds being caused by
shorts in a wire or at a connection, horrid noises to say the
least. I felt a sort of uneasiness. We had Bible study for an
hour and then prepared for worship.
I moved my Bible and myself to
the part of the church I feel I am called to sit in during
worship. I need a lot of space to be able to kneel, bow or lie
down on the floor during worship. When the worship started I
still felt like something wasn't right and I started to pray in
the Spirit. About a minute went by and I heard Yahweh tell me,
"these people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far
from me." I wanted to sing, but Yahweh impressed on me that I
was supposed to pray during worship. So, I prayed.
As I prayed Yahweh brought me
out of the building to a position where I was just higher than
the second story of the structure, looking down at it. I noticed
that some angels had descended upon the building, one on each
corner of the building, on the roof of the lower part of the
building. They were dressed in a robes, not fancy robes, but
rather drab robes, of a dark tan or perhaps a dark green,
approaching a brown. They all had staffs. Then I saw other
angels, all dressed the same. There were some in front of the
windows and all of the doors; two per window and two per door.
Then other angels came and stood at the four corners of the
second story roof.
The angels all stood there
facing out like a military sentries. At one point, they all
threw their staffs to their sides and removed their robes. They
all wore white garments underneath, sort of like Roman regalia,
but pure white. Each one had what looked like a Roman Gladius
sword in their belts. They all drew their swords at the same
time and when they did, what I can only describe as hideous
looking creatures materialized in the air. The angels fought
them and won. The demonic creatures dematerialized and were
gone.
I became lucid for a short time
and noticed that the worship had turned around and that it
sounded unencumbered and alive with the Ruach Ha Kodesh. My
uneasiness seemed to disappear. At this point Yahweh told me to
get down on the floor and lay prostrate while I pray. After a
short while of prayer I felt led to worship as I lay there. All
of a sudden I saw into Heaven and saw a man standing there. His
hair was white like wool and so was his beard. His eyes were
like fire and they glowed much like gold does when it is hot and
moving in convection in a crucible. His face seemed to morph
from a man, to a lion, and back to a man. I assumed that this
was Yeshua and became more sure as time went on.
As I watched, the realm where
Yeshua was slowly started to descend toward our place of
worship. It came down and rested where we were. It was strange
because I could see his realm and ours too; both existed in the
same area, but were separate and distinct; yet they seemed to be
one. Yeshua walked back an forth in the front of our sanctuary
and as He looked at His people worshipping him He smiled. He
then said, "Father, these are mine, and I am well pleased." At
this point, Jesus' realm started to ascend until it just
disappeared.
I got up from the floor, sort
of disoriented and even had to hold onto chairs as I found my
way to my seat. I just sat and stared for a little while,
wanting to share what I had seen. I really didn't have the
strength to do that anyway. I really started to feel bad that I
wasn't sharing this vision with my brothers and sisters but then
a peace came over me and an assuredness that I would share it at
a later time.
NOTE:
What I got out of this is that
there was a great spiritual battle at out fellowship that day. I
know that I didn't really come to service expecting the worship
to be all that great. I think that many people came with that
lack of expectation, which is unusual because wonderful worship
is a trademark of our fellowship. Part of the warfare was
manifest by the misbehavior of the sound equipment and the ear
piercing screeches of electronic shorts. The rest was
unseen.
I did later ask a couple of the
people present if they noticed the lack of anticipation when the
worship started and the turn around a little more than half way
through the service and they agreed.
I've seen the angels a lot of
time in our fellowship. They're always dressed in their robes.
Sometimes they come into our sanctuary and fill the place and
they worship Yeshua with us. Sometimes they just stand as
sentries at the corners of the room and at the doorway. This
time however is the first time I have ever seen them battle...it
was glorious. But the greatest part was seeing Yeshua come down
and visit us and it was a blessing to hear his approval,
addressed to the Father Himself. Bless Yahweh!!!
