I
Want To Work Your Ground:
I went outside from work today to pray about things. As I
prayed Yahweh Yeshua told me to look down. I looked down and noticed that the
patch of ground that I was standing on was full of decaying stumps from bushes
and a lot of roots from the tree that I was standing under. The roots were all
gnarled and they were growing entangled with each other. So I asked Yahweh to
tell me what He wanted to share with me. The following is what He told me.
Many of my people are like this
patch of ground. I desire to till this ground. There is a problem though.
The ground is full of roots that are entangled with each other. It is also
full of the stumps of bushes that were once here. The ground is not yet
ready to have me work it. The entangled roots are the things of this world
that my people have entangled themselves with. The cares of this world and
the worries of the same keep me from tilling the ground. The stumps that
remain are remnants of bushes (problems) that once were in their lives, and
they cut them
down, but the stumps and roots remain. That is because you cut down the
bushes and didn't allow me to clear the land.
Ask me to till your ground and believe that I will do it. I
will dig up the roots and remove them completely. I'll remove the rotting and
unsightly stumps. I'll plant in your ground trees of righteousness that will
bear good fruit that no one will be able to number.
My People Are Like The
Dragonfly:
After the first word I
prayed thanksgiving to Yahweh for telling me that word. As I was praying, I
noticed that there was quite a gathering of dragonflies. They were flying like
dragonflies do; in confused and irregular patterns. Then Yahweh told me the
following:
My
people are like a dragonfly. They fly to
and fro – from here to there. They
briefly touch this tree or that bush. They fly in
circles and in aimless patterns. They
needlessly tire their wings. They cannot
make firm decisions.
Your flight
need not be in fancy figure eights
or in
patterns spiraling down in an endless vortex. Fly
straight to me in a direct line. I’ve given
you the flight plan. Land on my
tree, rest on my branches. Eat of my
fruit and be satisfied. Rest your
wing and feel secure
and know
that I the Lord am God.
